What does it really cost?+
The core product is free for hotels — unlimited intake, kiosk and portal. Guests pay for optional shipping, and your hotel earns a margin on it. Paid plans only add premium features.
Who owns the data? Is it GDPR-compliant?+
Your hotel is the data controller; we host everything in the EU (Frankfurt). Retention timers, guest data export and automatic cleanup are built in.
What devices do we need?+
Any Android or iOS phone for housekeeping and any tablet for the lobby. Bring your own devices — pairing takes one 6-digit code.
What if the guest picks the item up in person?+
Always free. The guest shows up at reception, you hand it over and sign it out in the app. Shipping is only for guests who already left.
Does it integrate with our systems?+
Yes: embeddable widget for your website, a public REST API, and PMS integration (Mews) that emails guests automatically after checkout.
How long does onboarding take?+
